MSK Search Consultancy was founded in 2001 by Cath Strachan to provide an Executive Search Service.

Having spent over 12yrs working with leading search companies she wanted to provide a quick, efficient process approach to search,that was more accessible to clients big and small. It was very important to Cath to develop an excellent in-house research facility to allow more control and focus on providing more timely short-lists and to be able to react instantly to changes imposed by our clients. This approach has been very well received by our clients, and over the years we have strengthened our research team, and value them as key to MSK Search success.

We don't like to say we specialise in any particular sector as our methodology works if you are a small UK business looking for a business critical executive, a FTSE250 business looking to appoint a Finance Director or an international business looking for your next CEO, MSK Search have the experience and expertise to help.

We have built up a large client base in the oil & gas , pharmaceutical ,engineering, rail & media sectors however over the years we have used our methodology and team to work successfully on very niche roles .
